Team have confirmed that issue is resolved and Gengo orders are now flowing as normal.
This issue lasted from 1500 ET 28th July to 0630 ET 29th July

Team have deployed fix and flows are returning to normal. The team are monitoring to ensure issues are resolved.

DevOPS Team have identified the cause and are working with Development to deploy a fix.

We are currently experiencing issues with Gengo Orders. The issue was identified at 1500 ET on 28th July and it is currently being investigated by the DevOPS team.
As a result of this issue, some end users may experience the following
New inbound orders will not process for users of the Gengo Platform

The team are reviewing which customers may be impacted and will update with more details as soon as they become available.
The team currently estimate that approximately 300 customers may be impacted at the moment

Currently there are 50 incidents raised for this issue.
